Zac Efron Gets a Buzz

Of all the celebs out there, it seems Zac Efron changes his hair a lot, but this new look is the most drastic yet!  Check out Zac’s new buzz cut.  Zac cut his hair for a movie–do you think he should keep it, or grow it out after the film?
